About The Position

Apogee Engineering is looking for Journeyman and Senior experienced Business Process Analysts. The Business Process Analysts provide journeyman-to-senior level analytical support to design, document, and improve business processes underpinning NASIC Business Architecture. This position translates mission and organizational requirements into optimized workflows and supports change implementation. Contingent Upon Contract Award

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen
• TS/SCI Clearance
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Journeyman: Minimum three years of experience in business process analysis or related functional area; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Senior: Minimum ten years of experience in business process analysis or related functional area; Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated experience conducting process improvement initiatives in support of DoD or similar organizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Document current and future-state processes using standard modeling techniques.
• Develop recommendations for process changes and support implementation activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure processes align with program objectives and compliance requirements.
• Support development of performance measures and monitoring mechanisms for key processes.
• Prepare and present process analysis findings and recommendations.
