About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting government, defense, or intelligence community programs, focusing on quality assurance, process management, and mission assurance. The ideal candidate will apply knowledge of quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma principles, and be familiar with mission assurance, quality systems, program management frameworks, or enterprise transformation initiatives. Strong experience with process modeling techniques and tools is essential.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience with a BS BA degree, or 3 to 5 years with an MS MA degree, or 0 to 2 years with a PhD.
• Prior experience supporting government, defense, or intelligence community programs.
• Experience in quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or related disciplines.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
• Apply knowledge of quality frameworks, including ISO 9001, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with mission assurance, quality systems, program management frameworks, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with process modeling techniques and tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
