About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Policy Analyst with a TS/SCI to join our team! In this role you will get to provide office staff with expert advice and assistance with strategic planning, policy, and business analysis required to establish needed office structure(s) and create appropriate documentation. You will research, evaluate and determine the impact of changes to mission needs or organizational practices, and to update technical security policies and recommend appropriate countermeasures to accommodate changing technologies/practices. You will also conduct comprehensive data gathering and analysis to identify problems and opportunities or support policy recommendations, produce high-quality deliverables or products, draw conclusions, and communicate findings and implications. Additionally, you will work with subject matter experts to coordinate responses to requests, and for technical guidance on and the interpretation of countermeasures-related policies and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree related to function or equivalent experience that meets guidelines established for job
Minimum of 2+ years of related professional experience
Active TS/SCI is required
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
