About The Position

As a Business Process Analyst, you'll collaborate with multi-functional teams. You will optimize workflows and drive efficiencies that impact our enterprise Digital Media quote to contract operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk Operations, Sales Operations, Business Process Analysis, Commercial Operations, or a similar role supporting Enterprise sales operations.
  • Good understanding of quote-to-contract processes and the systems, policies, approvals, and workflows that support Deal Desk.
  • Experience translating business needs into clear processes, requirements, documentation, and scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a solid focus on accuracy when working with processes, pricing, approvals, systems, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex process and system changes clearly to operational teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics; experience with CRM, quoting, approval, or CPQ processes is a plus.
  • Experience in crafting process documentation, playbooks, training materials, communications, and knowledge resources for operational teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively across teams, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics; experience with CRM, quoting, approval, or CPQ processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Deal Desk, Pricing Strategy, Product Business Units, and teams from multiple functions to provide the processes, tools, documentation, and information Deal Desk needs to support Adobe's Enterprise business.
  • Support the launch of new Go-To-Market offers, pricing programs, policies, and business changes by assessing Deal Desk impacts and coordinating operational readiness.
  • Build and maintain Deal Desk process documentation, approval mentorship, playbooks, user guides, and training materials.
  • Coordinate Deal Desk enablement, including training, communications, collaboration, and self-service resources.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Deal Desk process and system questions related to quote-to-contract workflows.
  • Investigate and manage issues in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and related systems, and coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve them.
  • Identify process gaps, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities by gathering feedback from Deal Desk and analyzing operational needs.
  • Translate Deal Desk needs into clear business requirements and support projects involving multiple functions that improve processes, systems, and the Deal Desk experience.
