It involves performing process improvement activities, preparing and maintaining supporting documentation for HR Operations, and serving as a functional expert for Workday and HRIS platforms, aligning system design with business processes and organizational strategy. The role requires maintaining a broad understanding of clients’ business processes and practices, monitoring system, data, and process errors for corrective action, and ensuring Workday and HRIS application controls comply with audit and regulatory requirements.
