Requirements

At least 3 years in a business process analyst or process improvement role.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
High proficiency in visual process mapping tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex operational concepts into clear, actionable plans.
Superior verbal and written skills, with a proven track record of facilitating workshops and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

A baseline familiarity with project management styles (Agile/Waterfall) or collaborating alongside technical teams is a wonderful plus.
Lean, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CBAP certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Analyzing & Designing: Leading "as-is" analysis of current workflows and designing efficient "to-be" processes to align with our strategic goals.
Driving Operational Excellence: Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable change.
Collaborating Across Teams: Partnering with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure operational workflows meet real-world business needs.
Measuring Success: Defining and monitoring KPIs to track the tangible impact of your process improvements.
Empowering Others: Developing training materials and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new, optimized processes.
