About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Business Process Analyst to join the Supply Chain Digital Integration team. This role focuses on integrating current and future BCA Supply Chain projects with key enterprise systems across manufacturing, engineering, and other functions. The Business Process Analyst will define BCA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) architecture capability requirements and develop and maintain process flows that support supply chain operations to ensure effective integration across core bedrock systems. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable processes that enable reliable, efficient supply chain performance. We are seeking dynamic, curious, and innovative individuals with strong supply chain domain knowledge and proven experience designing and delivering cross‑functional integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in supplier management, procurement processes and practices
  • 5 + years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN), Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
  • Experience in leading a cross functional team
  • 7+ years of experience working in supplier management, procurement processes and practices
  • 7+ years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
  • Experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
  • Proficient in following modeling languages Unified Architecture Framework and/or The Open Group Architecture Framework
  • Experience in SAP Signavio and other similar tools
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Design end‑to‑end business processes that integrate supply chain systems.
  • Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities.
  • Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs.
  • Oversee efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, programs, projects and procurement transactions.
  • Partner with technical teams to define integration requirements, middleware interfaces, and data mapping
  • Drive workshops, fit‑gap sessions, and process validation with business SMEs to align standard capabilities and requirements.
