Business Process Analyst (4- month Fixed-Term contract)
About The Position
MineSense is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a 4-month fixed-term contract in Vancouver to join their Business Development Team. This role will report to the Sales Operations Manager and focus on supporting and developing the customer lifecycle playbook. The objective is to enable efficient and scalable process design across the organization by mapping, documenting, and improving end-to-end processes to enhance operational effectiveness and alignment among cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys developing innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in business process mapping and process documentation, or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and structure complex workflows in a clear and logical manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and in teams
- Health & Safety-conscious individual
- Legally able to work in Canada
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
Responsibilities
- Support mapping of end-to-end processes across the customer lifecycle
- Develop structured documentation (stages, activities, inputs/outputs, milestones)
- Support process redesign by identifying gaps and improving workflows
- Consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams into clear, standardized artifacts
- Maintain and update the lifecycle playbook
- Ensure documentation is aligned with operational needs and supports scalability and adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote understanding and adherence to defined processes
