TD Wealth Operations and Centralized Sales Support is part of the Wealth National Office and serves as the operational engine of TD Wealth. Acting as a centre of excellence, the team supports the core processes that shape our clients' experience, including onboarding, transfer services, trade and cash management processing, and delivering client statements and communications. We support all TD Wealth distribution channels, TD Mutual Funds, TD Asset Management, and TD Securities. The Operational Excellence Team within Wealth Operations and Centralized Sales Support has an exciting mandate that includes championing the implementation of Wealth's Operational Excellence strategy, providing business management support to Operations by establishing standards and strategies for programs that span Operations and Centralized Sales Support, and representing Operations and Centralized Sales Support on pan-Operations and Centralized Sales Support and pan-Wealth projects and programs. TD Wealth Operations and Centralized Sales Support goal is to be recognized as an industry leader in Operational Excellence by delivering best in class client, colleague, and partner experiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client and Colleague Confidence and Experience, the successful candidate will be supporting the delivery of TD Wealth's Operational Excellence program, including the delivery of Operations culture roadmap and large initiatives to simplify Operations.
