This role entails having five or more years of experience with third-party subcontracting, vendor management, resource onboarding and resource project staffing. Requirements

  • Experience with resource management, supply & demand planning, third-party subcontracting and resource onboarding.
  • Experience in Resource Management and using resource scheduling tools.
  • MS Office product experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive) required.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to summarize for the intended audience.
  • Must have diplomacy, be policy-driven, capable of handling sensitive financial information, and able to conduct business with the highest levels of ethics and personal integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize, respond to competing internal/external customer needs in expedited fashion, commitment to follow through, diligent and customer service oriented.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
