Protiviti is looking for a Business Performance Improvement Manager to join our growing Finance & Performance Management team. As a Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Related Field).
  • 5+ years working in Consulting, Project and/or Change Management, Financial Reporting, Assurance Services, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with or understanding of: Process improvement, business transformation and project and change management methodologies.
  • Process analysis and assessments as well as development of process flows and future state roadmaps.
  • Service excellence - identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
  • Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP systems preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Business Central, Acumatica).

  • Partnering with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
  • Developing lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
  • Fostering a network within the business community and serving as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
  • Mentoring, training, and coaching Consultants and Senior Consultants.
  • Facilitating the successful completion of project work plans.
  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.
  • Translating and communicating issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
  • Supervising teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
