Under the leadership of the Vice President of Patient Care Services and the Director of Nursing Performance Improvement, the Nursing Performance Manager will assist in strengthening the department’s hospital wide quality outcomes, reporting, and improvement initiatives. The Nursing Performance Improvement Manager is responsible for data collection, analysis, display, interpretation, and reporting to a wide range of clinical, administrative, and executive leaders. S/he will provide leadership, management, and facilitation for assigned clinical programs. The Nursing Performance Improvement Manager must be able to coordinate programs and improvement activities independently across multiple operational departments concurrently and services as a highly visible, energetic champion of quality throughout the organization. Extensive daily interaction with staff and leadership throughout Bronxcare is a key component of this role.
