The Performance Improvement Supervisor supports the Director of Quality Improvement/Risk Management in implementing, monitoring, and coordinating hospital-wide Quality Improvement (QI) and Risk Management programs. This role involves data collection, compliance review, reporting, teaching, and assisting with ongoing performance improvement initiatives according to departmental policies and procedures.
