A successful consultant manages time and priorities effectively, takes ownership of assignments, and contributes impactfully to collective team results. Hands-on training is provided in a supportive, high-performance environment, with opportunities to interact with leaders across the practice. Talent Managers will assign specific project experiences to support career growth, skills, and business needs. A network of advisors will help navigate challenges and celebrate milestones. Requirements

  • Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills

  • Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area
