About The Position

The Powder Coating Business Partner, Talent Acquisition will partner with TIGER leaders in delivering end-to-end recruitment, operational support, training coordination, and onboarding excellence, ensuring new hires are engaged, prepared, and aligned with organizational culture. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and screening candidates. It also requires close collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience, managing offers, and coordinating pre-employment checks. The position involves maintaining accurate records in ADP, tracking recruitment metrics, and identifying process improvements. Additionally, the role provides comprehensive support to the technical and operations team during onboarding and training, assists trainers, ensures pulse checks are completed, and facilitates the transition to the retention phase. The Business Partner will also manage the P&C social media presence, implement digital recruiting measures, organize employer branding events, and promote a safe and positive work environment in line with company strategies and principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Proficient in English (written and oral)
  • 2+ years in recruitment
  • Exposure to a variety of employee relation issues
  • Recruitment experience
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Occasional travel may be required: US, Canada and Mexico
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Strong working knowledge of EEOC, Fair Labor Standards Act
  • Demonstrated skills in working with all operations and recruitment
  • Familiarity with employee engagement principles
  • Developed Presentation Skills
  • Strong Facilitation Skills
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
  • Ability to support day-to-day operational tasks during training period without disruption to business workflow
  • Soft Skills: Must be adaptable and comfortable shifting between learning, recruitment, and operational support responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across multiple functions and levels.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and ADP.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, successful profiles, and timelines.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Align with hiring manager and trainer to deliver a professional, engaging candidate experience from first contract through onboarding, and the technical training process.
  • Act as a TIGER ambassador, communicating TIGER’s values and core principles.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication with candidates.
  • Support offer preparation, negotiation, and acceptance process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, references, and onboarding process.
  • Work with agencies and finance to review agency contracts.
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with local employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records in ADP.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience).
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and candidate engagement.
  • Comprehensive support of technical & operations team.
  • Support operational functions and day-to-day activities during onboarding and throughout training process.
  • Assist trainers to ensure new hire has proper information and tools to be successful.
  • Ensure 30, 60, 90-day pulse checks are completed.
  • Work with People and Culture Specialist to transition new hire to retention phase after completion of onboarding and technical training process; with successful performance review.
  • Interact with co-workers, peers and supervisor in a constructive, productive and cooperative manner.
  • Management of P&C social media presence and campaigns in coordination with Marketing.
  • Implementation and further development of digital recruiting measures (job advertisements, job videos).
  • Organization of various employer branding events.
  • Consider the safety and well-being of yourself and others.
  • Driving Full Responsibility and Advice Process throughout the organization.
  • Follow and Live Liberating Organism (LO) strategies and principles.
  • Follow the requirements for ISO 14001 and 9001 systems.
