About The Position

In a Business Operations role, you'll join the VP of Operations to build out Black Ore's GTM and BizOps engine while staying a close partner to the sales, product, finance, and executive teams. This role has a ton of growth opportunity and is really shaped by the person in it.

Requirements

• Curious. You research before you talk. You ask more than you pitch. You'll show up already knowing what Tax Autopilot does and who buys it.
• A track record of being top-10% at something. Quota, class rank, athletics, fastest-promoted — the domain matters less than the evidence. Be ready to get specific about how it was measured.
• High output. Sustained effort, high output density, fast follow-up. We notice hustle during the interview process itself.
• You might have recently been at or are currently a business analyst or consultant at a top consulting firm (like Mckinsey, Bain, BCG)
• You have an interest in marketing and spending time with top of funnel, analyzing data, thinking through (and executing) on experiments

Responsibilities

• Spearhead GTM campaigns, including new product launches, new market entrances, etc.
• Partnering closely with our Sales & Marketing leadership, including getting hands on experience with customers
• Partner with marketing, PR & creative agencies to help define the Company brand
• Stand up AI-agents across our GTM infrastructure to 10x the productivity of our team
• Own the comapny-wide reporting and analytics on our GTM
• Work on crossfuncitonal special projects
• Share insights from the market to inform our product roadmap
