About The Position

Calvary Hospital and Calvary @ Home provide palliative care to advanced cancer and other terminally ill patients and their families across New York City and the tristate area. The Business Operations Team Leader coordinates all business activities and supervises business support personnel to maintain an efficient and cost-effective operation consistent with departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of business management experience, including designing and implementing manual or automated office systems, organizing and implementing office operations, and accounting- or billing-related experience.
• Exhibits an ability and attitude consistent with Calvary Hospital’s spirit of caring and tradition, as required by the job duties and function.

Nice To Haves

• Current driver’s license preferred.
• Four to six years of office management and personnel supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice business procedures.
• Bilingual ability preferred.
