About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Associate or Experienced Business Operations Specialist to join the Everett Delivery Center (EDC) team located in Everett, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing building facilities and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion along with Directive Management responsibilities. This role requires effective communication, influence, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Everett, Washington location.

Requirements

2+ years of experience performing project management
2+ years of experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, concurrent projects
2+ years of experience with data analysis
2+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and/or managing projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Assists in the development and integration of programs plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals
Leads, responds and manages EDC Directives
Supports the coordination and analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to ensure alignment
Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies
Identifies risk and opportunity and develops mitigation planning
Meets with leadership to gain approval and share project status
Ensures follow-up action for issue resolution
Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Provides support for emergent Program requirements as well as sustaining business management actions
Uses Boeing Problem Solving Model to find solutions and process that supports cross-functional teams
