About The Position

This role focuses on recognizing operational needs, executing changes, and maintaining workflow. The specialist will aim to uncover customer needs and make recommendations, handle customer calls and inquiries by providing options and solutions, and assist with audits and reviews of Business Banking products and services. The position requires a willingness to be coached, a commitment to professionalism and customer service, and the development of thorough knowledge of commercial products and services. There is an expectation of active involvement in the community, networking, and volunteerism. The role also involves providing support and teamwork to coworkers, assisting in branch visits and training sessions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives. The specialist will conduct relationships and activities consistent with Bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills: oral, written, in person and over the phone
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Power Point
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to efficiently and independently troubleshoot issues
  • Present a positive and professional image of Central Bank in the presence of customers and community
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving background
  • Must possess reliable transportation - may be required to travel within Central Bank's footprint

Responsibilities

  • Recognize operational needs, execute appropriate changes, and maintain workflow.

  • Provide support and teamwork to coworkers as needed and/or directed.
  • Assist in branch visits and training sessions where your area of expertise is beneficial.
  • Be responsible for compliance with all banking regulations which are applicable to the job, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives.
  • Assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
  • Conduct relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems.
