About The Position

This role assists in the administration, execution and communication of variable pricing and lost equipment fees. Supports Finance, Sales leaders with analytics and customer communications to drive profitable growth. Liaisons with internal and external teams for related processes, communication, reporting withing the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience with root cause analysis and providing solutions
  • Demonstrated initiative for continuous improvement and propose/ownership of solutions
  • Proven time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with time sensitive deadlines
  • Experience in inventory management, supply chain, and customer service
  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel. Including, but not limited to utilization of formulas, pivot tables, and macros
  • Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle onboarding new customer to the EHC program, including account setup, applying and validating EHC setting in IFCO systems
  • Perform “Get Well” meetings with designated growers to assist in improved MyIFCO reporting and improved stock balance practices
  • Complete monthly billing analysis to identify root causes and needed outputs by grower
  • Build relationships with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Obtain support, approval and process EHC write-off request cases
  • Gather and distribute appropriate information to make invoicing decisions, escalate invoice resolutions, track, and resolve variable pricing and asset control invoices.
  • Invoice customers for lost assets/extended hire.
  • Strategically looks for ways to improve and streamline both Extended Hire and Loss Asset programs.
