About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Business Operations Manager to play a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and operational support for their Independent Contractor network. This is a highly visible role that blends recruiting, relationship management, compliance oversight, and operational coordination. The manager will work closely with contractors, operations leaders, and internal teams to ensure a qualified, engaged, and compliant contractor network that supports the company's continued growth.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in recruiting, compliance, business operations, contractor management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Natural problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience using social media platforms for recruiting and engagement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
High school diploma required.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between offices and customer locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
College degree preferred.
Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting efforts for Independent Contractors across the Cincinnati and Dayton markets.
Manage recruiting activities, advertising initiatives, and sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified contractor candidates.
Build relationships with contractors throughout the recruitment, onboarding, and retention process.
Oversee onboarding documentation, contractor agreements, background checks, insurance requirements, and other compliance-related activities.
Maintain compliance records and monitor renewal deadlines to ensure there are no lapses in required documentation or coverage.
Conduct compliance audits and proactively resolve any identified issues.
Manage contractor information and compliance tracking through CRM systems and internal databases.
Coordinate monthly Independent Contractor pay day events and assist with contractor-related issue resolution.
Process invoice reconciliations and daily deposits in accordance with company policies.
Partner closely with the Operations team to communicate contractor eligibility, onboarding progress, and placement readiness.
Provide reporting and operational insights that support leadership decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen contractor engagement, and increase operational efficiency.
