About The Position

Raise Away is experiencing rapid growth, expanding its team and entering new markets. To support this expansion, the company needs to establish a robust operational backbone. The Business Operations Manager, referred to internally as the 'Smooth Operator,' will be responsible for streamlining systems, refining workflows, and preventing operational issues to allow the CEO to focus on strategic vision. This role requires identifying and resolving inefficiencies, ensuring smooth inter-departmental handoffs, and maintaining operational clarity. Success will be measured by the CEO's reduced involvement in day-to-day tasks, high on-time project delivery rates, minimized operational errors and costs, and consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets, including projects landing on budget.

Requirements

6+ years of senior operational management
3+ years of project management

Can architect and maintain Hubspot, not just click around in it

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the full SOP book, from audit to rollout
Rebuild outdated processes with the right mix of AI, tech, and Hubspot
Oversee Hubspot and keep workflows tight across the company
Hunt down bottlenecks, friction, and quiet costs, then fix the root cause
Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with team leads and the CEO
Build out company and department projects in Asana and keep them on time and on budget
Project manage and ensure smooth take off and landing for all our launches
