About The Position

The Business Operations Manager owns and drives efficient, scalable, and consistent execution across the organization. This role leads process improvement, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional alignment to ensure operations are structured, efficient, and continuously improving. The position serves as a key connector across departments, systems, and global stakeholders to enhance performance, eliminate inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making. This role owns how ZAM executes across processes, systems, and supply chains.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, supply chain, process management or similar roles
Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP systems
Proven leadership or team management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process management
Experience managing supply chain or operational processes
Process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
Supply chain and logistics coordination
Data analysis and performance tracking
Systems thinking and operational optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement of key business processes across the customer journey
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and operational standards
Identify process inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
Oversee and own end-to-end supply chain and logistics coordination, including import/export processes, brokers, and tariff classification
Manage relationships with logistics partners to ensure cost efficiency and reliability
Monitor delivery performance, lead times, and operational metrics
Support and guide the Warehouse team (execution remains with Warehouse Manager)
Serve as key user for CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems, driving effective utilization and enhancements
