About The Position

InnoTECH Staffing is partnering with an innovative deep-tech startup in Cambridge, MA to hire a dynamic Business Operations Manager who will play a critical role in scaling a breakthrough technology company poised for major growth. This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with the CEO and executive leadership team to build the operational engine behind a company developing next-generation refrigeration technology with global impact. The company has already transformed its proprietary technology into a commercial-scale refrigerator prototype and is actively collaborating with a major multinational beverage company to develop an advanced beverage cooling platform. As the organization enters its next growth phase — expanding to approximately 15 full-time employees and increasing its public, investor, and commercial visibility — they are seeking a highly capable operations leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building systems from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, creating structure from ambiguity, and wearing multiple hats. You’ll have the opportunity to influence company strategy, establish scalable internal processes, and help shape the future culture and operations of a venture-backed startup tackling infrastructure technology that touches billions of lives worldwide. The ideal candidate is an experienced startup generalist who can seamlessly transition between high-level strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational execution. One moment you may be coordinating investor communications or leading a website rebrand; the next, you may be managing executive schedules, streamlining grant administration, or selecting key service providers. This position offers exceptional exposure across every area of the business and strong long-term growth potential as the company scales.
