The Sales Planning and Compensation (SPC) team designs integrated sales planning processes and sales compensation programs to activate AWS' Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. SPC manages annual planning, in-year adjustments, and sales compensation design to align seller incentives with AWS' strategic priorities. We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our organization. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives and build annual rhythms that enable critical programs for sales planning and compensation that impact sales teams globally. This role will establish the shared operational rhythms, project management practices, launch tracking, and goals reporting that add predictability and transparency across the organization — giving leadership a clear view of what we're delivering and whether we're on track. You will work across our teams to build visibility and create the connective tissue that enables our organization to manage a complex portfolio with confidence.
