About The Position
Join Aon's North America Health Solutions business as a Business Operations Leader and play a pivotal role in crafting operational perfection, business performance, and strategic execution. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from an Aon office in the United States. The Business Operations Leader will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the North America Health Solutions leadership team, driving execution of business priorities, leading a high-performing operations function, and delivering initiatives that enhance performance, colleague effectiveness, and client outcomes. This is a highly visible leadership role at the center of business strategy, operations, and transformation for North America Health Solutions, offering the opportunity to lead large-scale operational and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading business operations, operational strategy, consulting, or business management functions within complex organizations.
- Proven success delivering operational improvements, leading transformation initiatives, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and operating optimally within matrixed environments.
- Strong financial, commercial, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience with a passion for developing inclusive, high-performing teams and building strong collaborator relationships.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Partnering with senior leaders to complete business priorities, operating plans, and critical initiatives.
- Supervising operational, workforce, and financial performance through relevant important metrics, dashboards, and business insights.
- Supporting workforce planning, forecasting, capacity management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Delivering operational excellence programs that improve efficiency, scalability, consistency, and colleague experience.
- Driving business transformation initiatives, including operating model evolution, operational improvement, and organizational change programs.
- Finding opportunities to improve performance through technology, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Leading and developing the North America Health Business Operations team while encouraging a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Building positive relationships across Finance, People Organization, Technology, Legal, Procurement, and other enterprise functions to enable effective business execution.
