Business Operations Lead

Fiserv•New York, NY

About The Position

Fiserv is hiring a Business Operations Lead for agentOS, its governed AI platform and agent marketplace for banks and credit unions. As the business expands from pilots to a broader base of clients and agents, this role owns defined operating work across teams and helps sales, client success, commercial, and product teams work from a consistent plan. The role coordinates work between teams without taking over their responsibilities, ensuring handoffs and follow-through are clear. The Business Operations Lead maintains operating procedures, ownership and decision records, and launch readiness processes. The role also supplies client and field input, usage and adoption data, and consistent business performance reporting to support product decisions and leadership reviews.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in business operations, product operations, or strategy and operations at a technology, fintech, or financial services company.
  • Experience setting up processes, handoffs, and launch checklists across several teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, including building KPI reporting and dashboards and turning data into recommendations.
  • Ability to hold teams accountable without direct authority over them.
  • Strong organization and dependable follow-through.
  • Clear, concise writing and communication for executive audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with platform, marketplace, or usage-based businesses.
  • Product operations or product launch experience.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with banking or credit union technology.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar, and data quality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain operating procedures, the ownership chart, and decision log; resolve unclear ownership as it arises.
  • Define cross-team handoffs, such as moving a signed client to implementation or a new agent from build to market, and check that they happen.
  • Run launch readiness checklists for each new agent and release, confirming sales, support, pricing, and marketing readiness before go-live.
  • Set up each new agent in Fiserv's CRM so it can be quoted and sold.
  • Maintain a tracker of each agent's status from approval through readiness to sell.
  • Provide agent- and client-level usage and adoption data to inform product decisions.
  • Collect client and field requests, route them to the appropriate product lead, and communicate decisions to those who raised the requests.
  • Prepare client demand for new agents for product intake, including the client, need, and opportunity size.
  • Own the monthly business review and maintain a consistent set of numbers across sales, adoption, client service, revenue, and partners.
  • Set the structure and data standards for the pipeline tracker.
  • Provide limited leadership support for business reviews and cross-team initiatives.

Benefits

  • Annual incentive opportunity for eligible associates, potentially delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards at the company's discretion.
