Business Operations Lead

Fiserv•New York, NY
•$100,000 - $165,600

About The Position

agentOS is Fiserv's governed AI platform and agent marketplace for banks and credit unions. As the business grows from pilots to a broad base of clients and agents, this role is needed to own how the team operates day to day and to keep sales, client success, commercial and product teams working from the same plan. This role owns a defined set of operating work that crosses teams. It makes sure every new agent is ready to sell before it launches. It turns client and field input into clear, usable information for the product team. And it gives leadership one consistent view of how the business is performing. It doesn't run any other team's work for them. It keeps the work moving between teams and makes sure nothing falls through the gaps.
