We're looking for a Business Operations Lead to join our team at BeReal.

Requirements

Fully fluent in English
1–3 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, or a similar role
Engineering or Business school background
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills, comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders
Structured, autonomous, and proactive

Nice To Haves

Ad tech experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Serve as the bridge between business teams and product/tech, collecting needs, flagging issues, and ensuring the product roadmap reflects real operational priorities
Act as the central point of contact between sales, ad ops, product, and tech teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Build and maintain clear processes and documentation so that knowledge is shared and operations run smoothly across teams
Onboard new team members and account managers, ensure seamless campaign delivery, and provide operational support to the sales team on campaign management and client satisfaction
Guarantee good conduct of operations through proactive monitoring and process improvement
Explore and manage partnership opportunities with third-party tech partners, such as ad networks, mediations, third-party tracking solutions
Ensure that our inventory is well distributed and prioritized between direct and programmatic campaigns, and monitor our revenues on a daily basis
Provide regular operational updates, flag risks early, and contribute to strategic planning
