The Managed business is a critical growth lever for Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) as they expand their product portfolio and deepen relationships with enterprise customers. This role connects strategy to execution, ensuring clear priorities, data-informed decisions, and focused teams for maximum impact. The position operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration, partnering with senior GTM leaders to design and deliver the Managed Growth strategy, strengthen business foundations, and coordinate across the S&O GTM team. This role is described as 'electric' because the individual will be at the center of action, partnering directly with GTM, Product, and Revenue leaders to shape the scaling and success of the Managed business. They will turn strategy into action by aligning priorities, removing blockers, and driving critical enterprise initiatives. The role offers a full business picture across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data, connecting insights to drive revenue growth and customer impact. Leadership will be primarily through influence, acting as a connective force for cross-functional teams, with the ability to leverage formal authority when needed. The individual will have ownership in shaping business operations, building operating cadences, and launching GTM programs in partnership with PMM, Revenue Marketing, Enablement, RevOps, MarOps, and other teams. They will help design and operationalize systems, rituals, and frameworks for multiple products and teams to function as a unified growth engine within the compound startup model.
