$150,000 - $250,000Remote

About The Position

We are hiring a BizOps Lead to design and deploy automation-first infrastructure in our Business Execution team. This role is tailored for a problem-solver who blends a deep understanding of financial and diligence operations with a tool-savvy mindset—someone who’s excited to identify bottlenecks, automate manual processes, and craft robust internal systems that help Crux scale. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role embedded deeply within our commercial teams. You’ll be instrumental in eliminating friction across go-to-market workflows, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Claude Code, and n8n, and pushing the envelope on how we use automation and AI to streamline operations, optimize our GTM motion, and enhance customer experience. We believe that the right hire will help us build stable and scalable service delivery systems that support Crux’s growth while continually optimizing for customer satisfaction. The number one skillset we’re looking for in this role is problem scoping & execution – being able to take ambiguous and complex problem spaces, identify the core issues, prioritize across multiple solutions, and relentlessly drive toward completion. If you have a background in working with investment teams and are energized by a scrappy environment, fast feedback cycles, and the chance to deeply shape how a platform grows from Series B into scale, we want to talk.

Requirements

  • Cross-functional Coordinator: You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, helping to build strong connections across departments. You are an empathetic listener, capable of understanding team members' concerns and building trust by delivering results.

  • Startup Minded: You are excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment, where you’ll wear multiple hats, experiment frequently, and take ownership of designing, refining, and scaling commercial processes.
  • Execution-First Systems Thinker: You ship MVPs quickly and iterate to high-quality outcomes. You know when “scrappy” is good enough and when polish matters. You are lightly ownership-driven and thrive on solving problems.

  • AI-Forward Thinker: You bring a creative mindset to using AI tools for system design, internal automation, and smarter decision-making.
