About The Position
Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. (SIA) is offering college internship opportunities in Business Operations for Summer 2027. SIA is the only Subaru vehicle manufacturing facility outside of Japan, a 4.4 million square foot automotive OEM that employs over 6500 Associates. SIA is recognized as the safest automotive manufacturing plant in the United States, a pillar in the community for its charitable activities and volunteer opportunities, and a leader in environmental stewardship as the first Zero-Landfill automotive manufacturing plant and the first to have its campus designated a backyard wildlife habitat. Since its inception in 1989, SIA has experienced significant growth and continues to be a model of success in the automotive industry. These internships provide project management experience and hands-on, real-world applications, allowing students to connect their industry experience with their educational focus. There is potential to extend internships beyond the standard timeframe based on candidate availability and department needs. Interns will also have networking and collaboration opportunities with fellow interns.
