The Business Operations Intern will support business operations projects by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to answer key business questions. This role involves creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and operational analyses using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python. The intern will assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making, and will partner with cross-functional teams to investigate data discrepancies, solve business problems, and improve reporting processes. Responsibilities also include conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions, contributing to ad-hoc projects, and documenting work to present clear, structured findings and recommendations to teammates.

Requirements

• Rising junior (or equivalent) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
• Strong interest in business operations, data analysis, or fintech
• Foundational experience with Excel
• Comfortable working with data analysis to solve business problems
• Ability to think critically and approach problems in a structured way
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and concepts
• Clear communication skills and comfort asking questions in a team environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with guidance

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Responsibilities
