As a Business Operations Intern, you will play a key supporting role across our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, with a focus on our staff scheduling software solution. You will contribute to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts by researching and identifying top prospect executives and target accounts, confirming key contacts, and supporting Business Development Representative (BDR) efforts. Additionally, you will conduct ongoing market research by sourcing white papers and monitoring industry publications such as Becker's and Fierce Health to identify staffing trends, competitive positioning, and relevant news, helping build a structured, recurring cadence of industry insights that keeps our sales team informed and equipped with fresh, organized intelligence. You will also provide go-to-market support for our scheduling solution initiatives, assisting the project team with research and development of key finding for marketing materials. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales enablement, marketing strategy, and healthcare workforce technology and working closely with experienced leaders and contributing meaningfully to real business outcomes.
