We are hiring an experienced Business Operations Coordinator —a proven administrative operations professional with a passion for keeping teams organized, supporting a leadership team and sales function, and driving day-to-day excellence. This position is domiciled in the North Metro Atlanta area and offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a high- volume , people-first organization. Requirements

Well-versed in MS Office and AI/technology-savvy
Demonstrated success in office or operations management, ideally supporting executives and/or sales functions
Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by keeping teams running smoothly
Strong work ethic and the ability to juggle competing priorities with composure
Exhibit emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and the ability to collaborate well across teams
Exercise sound judgment, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day administrative workflows
Manage office and equipment supplies, including ordering, inventory, and replenishment
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across the organization
Coordinate survey completion, ensuring all necessary data is organized and submitted
Provide executive support to the leadership team
Provide administrative assistance for sales-driven campaign work and other initiatives
