About The Position

Momentum is seeking exceptional early-career talent for its inaugural Business Operations Associate Program. This program is designed for smart, curious, and highly motivated recent graduates who want to learn how a growing business operates, solve meaningful problems, work alongside experienced leaders, and discover their potential impact. Associates will gain exposure to multiple business areas and work on real projects related to key priorities, potentially involving operations, finance, analytics, process improvement, customer experience, strategy, workforce planning, executive support, or other critical business functions. The program emphasizes potential and the ability to figure things out over a perfect résumé.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed within the past 0-2 years or an upcoming graduate.
  • Naturally curious and asks thoughtful questions.
  • Enjoys solving problems that don't always have an obvious answer.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and business information.
  • Learns quickly and actively seeks feedback.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with people at different levels of an organization.
  • Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do.
  • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion.
  • Desire to build a career based on value created rather than follow a predetermined path.
  • Degrees in business, finance, economics, supply chain, analytics, management, or related disciplines may be particularly relevant, but candidates from all academic backgrounds demonstrating strong business aptitude and potential are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how Momentum's business operates from end to end, including key processes, teams, metrics, and economics.
  • Partner with executives and leaders across different areas of the organization on high-priority business initiatives.
  • Provide administrative, analytical, and project support to senior leaders.
  • Analyze data and operational performance to identify trends, opportunities, and potential solutions.
  • Help improve processes, solve operational challenges, and turn ideas into executable plans.
  • Build business cases, presentations, analyses, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Take ownership of projects with measurable business impact.
  • Gain exposure to multiple functions and career paths throughout Momentum.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Develop an understanding of how departments work together to achieve company-wide objectives.
  • Receive coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback designed to accelerate professional development.
  • Take on new responsibilities and projects as experience is gained and capabilities are demonstrated.
