About The Position

This role is an apprenticeship in running a company, working directly with the CEO & Founder. The associate will be brought into the core operations of the company, learning how decisions are made and gradually taking on more responsibility. The goal is for the associate to become a trusted partner who can execute independently and eventually take significant weight off the CEO's plate. The position involves owning projects end-to-end, learning to act on the CEO's behalf, running the company's operating rhythm, and freeing up the CEO's time. The first 90 days involve deep integration into meetings and departments, followed by project ownership and independent execution.
