About The Position

Ibotta is seeking a part-time Business Operations Associate to support campaign setup and performance and learn the operations side of the business. The role works cross-functionally to align on best practices and procedures, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and help improve operational processes. It is fully remote, but candidates must live in Colorado. The schedule is up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. MST, with willingness to work one weekend day if needed. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have reliable internet access, and be currently authorized to work in the United States. Compensation is $19.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Knowledge of G Suite and Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to mitigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong desire to learn and navigate internal technical systems effectively.
• Must live in Colorado.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have access to reliable internet.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work one weekend day if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application.
• Communicate and collect feedback across departments to align on best practices and procedures.
• Anticipate issues and provide alternative setup or delivery methods.
• Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates, and effectively inform and educate impacted departments.
• Identify, analyze, and help resolve technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams.
• Work closely with Analytics to target content to unique consumer segments.
• Identify error trends and collaborate across departments to implement procedures that mitigate errors or build tools to reduce operational costs.
