You'll join a team that supports key operational functions for U.S. Bank's Wealth Management broker-dealer business. The team plays an important role in ensuring clients and advisors receive exceptional service throughout the account lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing account maintenance and life-event servicing. The group partners closely with operations teams, technology teams, and external vendors to support business initiatives, process improvements, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically, four or more years of related experience

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to support strategic initiatives
- Coordinate and execute business-side testing for system enhancements and vendor solutions
- Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, metrics, and operational data
- Support process improvement efforts that increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Track projects, enhancements, and testing activities using Jira
- Identify workflow improvements and recommend solutions
- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis of business needs
- Support implementation of new processes and operational changes
- Create and maintain test plans, track issues, and report testing results
- Act as a liaison between business and technology partners
- Manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a dynamic environment
