About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Analyst- Wealth management. This is a Contract, Fulltime (W2) position with a duration of 12+ Months, located remotely. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business users to design and document requirements for the implementation of a Wealth custodial platform. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions across investment and wealth management processes, supporting processes spanning account opening through back-office operations. You will prioritize tasks, provide proactive progress updates, and take ownership of deliverables. Understanding broader business objectives, anticipating needs, and executing with minimal oversight are key. You will support requirements documentation, process mapping, testing, and readiness activities as business priorities evolve. You will act as a key liaison between business users, IT teams, vendors, and risk partners, ensuring clarity in requirements and fostering a collaborative, transparent, and results-driven environment. You will translate business outcomes into system integration requirements and support integration architecture discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in wealth management, custody, or investment operations.
  • Prior experience with custodial platform implementations such as SEI Wealth Platform, Charles River, or proprietary systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based or SaaS platform implementations involving configuration and integration.
  • Strong experience documenting system integration requirements and translating business outcomes into integration architecture.
  • Deep understanding of investment products such as equities, bonds, and mutual funds.
  • Strong knowledge of account types including advisory, custody, IRA, and trust accounts.
  • Understanding of back-office functions such as trade settlement and asset servicing.
  • Strong expertise in process modeling tools such as Visio and BPMN.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related analytical field.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with wealth management regulatory frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience working with operational risk and control functions is preferred.
  • Understanding of operational risk management principles is preferred.
