About The Position

Overwatch is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support and scale U.S. operations across the mission-critical construction lifecycle. This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. The Business Operations Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations to support client onboarding, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce operational risk. This role is critical to building scalable processes that support Overwatch’s rapid growth. This position is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation
  • Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Salesforce, GEM or similar tools (experience with BI tools is a plus)
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with client onboarding, operations support, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience in construction, data centers, or mission-critical infrastructure is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to track business performance
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership to support decision-making
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
  • Support onboarding processes for new client accounts, ensuring milestones and deliverables are tracked and completed
  • Assist in coordinating documentation across Sales, Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations
  • Monitor onboarding timelines and proactively identify risks or delays
  • Support ongoing account operations to ensure accuracy and continuity
  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
  • Assist in standardizing processes, documentation, and operating procedures across teams
  • Support implementation of new tools, systems, and operational frameworks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of operational initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and visibility across departments
  • Support vendor coordination, procurement tracking, and compliance-related activities as needed
