YOUR ROLE Business Analytics: Collaborates with Regional Business Intelligence and Sales to manage, expand, and maintain the centralized regional reporting/monitoring tools for the AME Geographic/Distribution Sales Unit. Provides guidance and inputs on new reporting tools to drive efficiency and accuracy by working with end sales users to help define and articulate their needs. Facilitates or leads the creation of internal business processes aimed to improve efficiency and the flow of information among the stakeholders using PowerBI, Excel (Advanced / Power Query), Dax Programming, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc. Performs data driven analytics to identify trends, areas of excellence and areas of improvement to support management team in decision making, strategy definition and execution. Provides and analyzes reporting to multiple ST Business Departments including Sales; Marketing; Supply Chain; HR; Finance; Legal Monitoring forecast process performance and ensure continuous feedback loop with relevant stakeholders. Demand Forecasting: Review and adjust a demand forecast, analyze the constrained output forecast and escalate challenges where necessary, maintain appropriate data management rules. Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product Marketing, Finance) and external stakeholders (e.g. Distributors) to understand demand signals and trends (e.g., project starts, product changes, customer behaviors) to influence distributor purchases. Detection of any future supply issues, and resolution of identified issues through daily collaboration with our Business Operations team members, division Planning Directors, and Central Supply Chain. Generates insights by analyzing customer, product, market data and statistical forecast performance to guide operational excellence. The candidate can be based out of Schaumburg (Chicago area) or Scottsdale (Phoenix area).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in various business models & good to have semiconductor manufacturing process.
  • Solid experience in managing business plan & forecast ranging from execution to strategic horizon.
  • Curious individual who is tenacious, demonstrates initiative and is extremely organized.
  • Data analytical skills (e.g., analytical methods and techniques, algorithms).
  • Business solution and big-picture mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced knowledge of Excel a must and good knowledge of PowerBI.
  • Good knowledge and use of AI tools like Copilot.
