About The Position

Business Operations Analysts support strategic planning, analysis, and ongoing operations through analytics, financial oversight, vendor management, and project management. This role provides comprehensive business operations and financial analysis support for Environmental Services, developing and maintaining performance metrics related to labor, overtime, supply expenses, and contracted services. The position supports operational efficiency, service quality, cost containment, and alignment with departmental and medical center objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel experience.

Nice To Haves

• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities
