About The Position

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst 4, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and workflow tools).
• Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development and management of the function’s annual operating plan and conduct operational reviews to track progress against plan.
• Provide budget oversight, including routine financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop integrated timelines and executive presentations to support timely completion of key deliverables.
• Own portfolio management by driving project prioritization, resource allocation, and critical milestones.
• Monitor project health, execution status, and delivery performance for initiatives tied to business results.
