About The Position

The SinglePoint Business Operations Analyst supports the SinglePoint application by providing third‑level production support for complex issues escalated beyond front‑line and level two teams. Day to day, this role works call tracking tickets, performs file monitoring, supports SinglePoint access management, and participates in code deploy validations and follow‑up issue discussions. The role partners closely with internal support teams and the SinglePoint development team, communicates operational updates through Teams, and helps keep daily production support running smoothly while supporting coverage during later business hours as part of a rotating schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically six or more years of related experience
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities
