About The Position

The Business Operations Analyst supports the Reimagined Parking Healthcare through accurate and timely financial and operational reporting, analysis, and reconciliation. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial transparency, operational accountability, and compliance with internal controls across all managed locations. The Analyst partners with field operations, finance, and client service teams to prepare daily revenue reports, assist with monthly closing processes, and deliver polished/professional monthly client reporting packages. This position upholds Reimagined Parking’s standards of integrity, precision, and partnership by providing insight into financial trends, ensuring accurate data flow between systems, and supporting a division of duties that strengthens checks and balances across operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business operations (parking, transportation, or service industry experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Great Plains) preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities — comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
  • Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue and transaction reports across assigned locations, ensuring accuracy and consistency with system data.
  • Reconcile revenue collections, deposits, and payment types to validate completeness and accuracy of recorded revenue.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or variances through communication with on-site managers and finance.
  • Maintain a clear audit trail of all reconciliations and reporting adjustments.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate production and distribution of monthly financial reports for the Miami Healthcare portfolio, including: Uhealth (15 Locations), Miami Cancer Institute.
  • Assist in the completion and submission of Journal Entries as part of the monthly financial close process and investigate and provide accurate explanations for variances between actual and budget.
  • Support the monthly accounting close process, including identifying variances to budget, revenue and expense accruals, and reconciliations as assigned.
  • Compile and deliver monthly client reporting packages, summarizing financial, operational, and performance data in clear, professional formats.
  • Partner with finance and operations to ensure data alignment across ERP, POS, and internal reporting systems.
  • Review and validate monthly management fee calculations and other contractual financial deliverables.
  • Participate in the design and execution of procedures that promote proper segregation of duties, minimizing financial risk and maintaining compliance.
  • Support periodic internal reviews and audit requests, ensuring documentation is well-organized and accessible.
  • Assist with the ongoing improvement of financial control processes, reporting templates, and reconciliation standards.
  • Analyze trends in revenue, transactions, and operational KPIs to identify efficient opportunities or areas of concern.
  • Partner with regional and site leadership to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and improve financial transparency.
  • Support the development and rollout of standard reporting tools and SOPs across the municipal and institutional service portfolio.
  • Contribute to business development and retention by ensuring accurate, client-ready financial documentation that reflects operational excellence.
