About The Position

Stewart is seeking a Business Operation Analyst II to support, administer, and optimize Title Production Systems (TPS) used across title and escrow operations. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to analyze operational needs, identify system enhancements, troubleshoot application issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and overall user experience. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on title and escrow workflows, supporting system configuration, testing, training, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Strong application administration/background on the technical side of title operations.
  • Solid understanding of the title insurance industry and title/escrow workflows.
  • Ability to independently learn, troubleshoot, and understand how applications function.
  • Individual contributor working with limited oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as an Escrow Officer or in a title operations role is highly preferred.
  • Experience with one or more Title Production Systems (TPS) or closing platforms preferred, including: Resware, AIM, Qualia, SoftPro / SoftPro 360, RamQuest.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting, administering, and optimizing Title Production Systems (TPS) used across title and escrow operations.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to analyze operational needs.
  • Identifying system enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting application issues.
  • Implementing solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and overall user experience.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on title and escrow workflows.
  • Supporting system configuration, testing, and training.
  • Driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Administering Title Production Systems (TPS) or similar title industry applications.
  • Solving moderately complex to complex problems and analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents.
  • Acting as a resource for colleagues and providing guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by management.
