About The Position

This role requires a Business Analyst with a focus on Billing Operations. The work involves accounts, billing, and finance, requiring a candidate with strong numerical and analytical abilities. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems with a finance module is a plus. Experience in Advertising/Media is also considered a nice-to-have. The position requires a solid understanding of accounting software and ERP systems, advanced Excel knowledge (Macros, Pivot Tables, Formulas), and 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, billing, or payables. A BA/BS degree in accounting, math, statistics, business, or a related discipline is required. Once the office reopens, the contractor will be expected to work in the office a few days a week on a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of accounting software and ERP system experience.
• Advanced Excel Knowledge including Macros, Pivot Tables, and Formulas (arrays, lookups, logical, reference, and text functions).
• BA/BS degree in accounting, math, statistics, business or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, billing or payables.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP system with Finance module.
• Experience with Advertising / Media.
• Demonstrated experience working with SQL and understanding of relational data.
• Experienced with system implementation and improvements.
