About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee all business office operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, under the direction of the Executive Director. This role involves coordinating with the Central Billing Office for resident billing, maintaining accurate logs and reports, and managing the accounts payable process, including invoice management and timely payments. Additionally, the Business Office Manager is responsible for payroll, human resources, and benefits administration, encompassing employee relations, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, compensation, leave management, worker's compensation, terminations, and unemployment claims. The position supports organizational goals by promoting positive employee relations and efficient administrative operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Prior experience in business office operations in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
  • Must possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationship with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community
  • Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
