About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Business Office Manager to lead the financial and administrative operations within our skilled nursing facilities. This is a key leadership role ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions that support both our residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a healthcare business office, preferably in long-term care
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Managing billing, collections, and resident trust accounts
  • Overseeing payroll, accounts payable, and month-end reporting
  • Supporting Medicaid/Medicare and insurance processes with accuracy and compliance
  • Supervising office staff and working closely with the Administrator and department heads
  • Serving as a key point of contact for resident and family financial questions
